What does a quote include?
A Noah Rental Works quote lists the unit, delivery and pickup, included service, any mileage past 25 miles, any rush charge and sales tax as separate lines. The approved quote is the price you pay. There are no card surcharges, no fuel surcharges and no removal fees added later.
Last updated October 8, 2026.
These terms, together with the quote you approve, make up your rental agreement. If something on your quote differs from this page, the quote wins for that order.
Starting prices for each unit are on the pricing guide. Your quote is the final number.
How and when do you pay?
Payment is due when you confirm the order. We take credit and debit cards, and approved business accounts can pay by check or ACH. Long-term rentals auto-bill at the start of each 28-day cycle. Drivers don't collect payment, and your date is held only after the order is paid.
- Event rentals: paid in full at confirmation.
- Long-term rentals: the first 28-day cycle and the one-time delivery fee are charged at confirmation. Each later cycle bills on the day it starts.
- Business accounts: check or ACH once the account is approved.
If a card on file declines at a new cycle, we'll reach out before taking any other step.

(864) 209-8789Free quoteWhat do we need for delivery and access?
We deliver between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. The spot must be marked, reachable and level, with about 10 feet of clear path. If the crew can't reach or place the unit as described, an extra trip charge may apply.
Tell us about gates, gate codes, slopes, steps, overhead wires and soft ground when you book. Since a standard unit is 44 inches wide, a 36-inch garden gate will not work for delivery.
You don't need to be home if the spot is marked with cones, stakes or ribbon, or you text us a photo. Placement tips are in our red clay placement guide.
How do weekend and holiday drops and pickups work?
Under our terms, weekend events drop Friday and get picked up Monday at no extra charge. Saturday delivery is available by request, and our trucks run 6 days a week, never on Sunday. When a holiday lands on Monday, pickup usually moves to the next business day, also at no extra charge, unless we agree otherwise when you book.
The unit is in your care from the time it's dropped until we pick it up, including the nights in between. Choose a spot where it won't sit unattended near a busy road if you can.
What is the servicing schedule?
Every rental of 7 days or more includes 1 service visit per week. Each visit pumps the tank, washes and sanitizes the inside, refills deodorizer and restocks paper and sanitizer. Extra visits can be added at the quoted rate. Event units of 1 to 3 days arrive cleaned and fully stocked.
Service days follow our route, so the day of the week can shift slightly around holidays. Keep the path to the unit open on service day; if the crew can't reach the unit, the visit may be skipped or an extra trip charged.
Big summer crews often need more than weekly. See long-term 28-day rentals for how extra service is added.
What are the renter's responsibilities?
The renter agrees to 4 basic rules. Don't move the unit, and never haul the unit on your own truck or trailer. Keep fire, grills, heaters and fireworks away from the unit. Report damage, tipping or vandalism to us the same day so our crew can fix or swap the unit.
The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear while the unit is on site. That includes:
- Vandalism and graffiti
- Fire or heat damage
- Tipping, unless caused by our placement
- Lost or stolen units
Repair or replacement cost is billed at our cost and shown to you before it's charged. Normal wear from everyday use is on us.

(864) 209-8789Free quoteHow do we handle placement and your property?
Our crew places every unit with care, on the firmest, most level ground available. The renter marks underground lines, septic lids and sprinkler heads before delivery, or calls 811 for utility locates. Noah Rental Works is not responsible for turf marks or ruts on soft or wet ground, or for unmarked items under the surface.
On Upstate red clay, wet lawns rut quickly. A gravel pad, driveway edge or plywood sheet protects your yard and keeps the unit steady.
If you ask us to place a unit somewhere the driver thinks is unsafe, we'll call you to agree on a better spot first.
What happens when the weather turns bad?
Units are staked or anchored when we know a site is open and windy, and you can ask for anchoring on any order. Call (864) 209-8789 right away about storms, flooding or high winds. If severe weather makes roads unsafe, we may move delivery, service or pickup to the next safe day.
If a unit tips in a storm, keep people away from it and call us. Tipping caused by weather alone is handled case by case; tipping caused by people is billed as damage.
Lightning and road flooding come up often in Upstate summers. We won't send a crew into unsafe conditions, and we'll call you with the new time.
How do extensions and pickup work?
To extend an event rental, call before the scheduled pickup day and we'll quote the extra days. Long-term rentals keep running cycle to cycle until you call or text for pickup. Billing stops with the 28-day cycle your pickup date falls in, and there is no removal fee.
Schedule pickup by phone or text at (864) 209-8789. Leave the path open and gates unlocked on pickup day. If the crew can't reach the unit, a second trip may be charged.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation is free when you cancel 24 or more hours before scheduled delivery. Inside 24 hours, a trip fee may apply, and the amount is shown on your quote. Refunds go back to the original card and usually post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
| When you cancel | What you pay |
|---|---|
| 24+ hours before delivery | Nothing; full refund |
| Less than 24 hours before delivery | Trip fee may apply, as shown on your quote |
| After the unit is delivered | Event price is earned; long-term stops with the current cycle |
To cancel, call or text (864) 209-8789 with the delivery address. We'll confirm the cancellation in writing.
Who is responsible for permits and limits on liability?
Permits, venue approvals and HOA rules are the renter's responsibility. Noah Rental Works is not liable for fines from missing permits or for costs beyond the rental price paid, such as lost event revenue. Legal minimums, like OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for jobsites, should be confirmed with your permit office or venue.
Our sizing and OSHA pages are guidance, not legal advice. Check your local rules on the OSHA jobsite toilet requirements page and with your city or county.
Questions renters ask before booking
If the venue won't allow a porta potty after all, can I still cancel?
Cancel 24 or more hours before delivery and you pay nothing. Inside 24 hours a trip fee may apply, as shown on your quote.
How long does a refund take to reach my card?
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank sets the final timing.
What if your crew can't get the unit to the spot we picked?
The driver calls you to agree on another spot nearby. If no spot works and the unit has to come back, an extra trip charge may apply.
Am I charged if someone spray-paints the unit?
Graffiti is damage beyond normal wear, so cleanup or replacement is billed to the renter. We show you the cost before charging it.
