Do you rent by the day or by the hour?

Short-term rentals are priced by the rental window, not by the hour. A one-day party and a Friday-to-Monday weekend cost the same. Rentals of 7 days or more move to a 28-day cycle with weekly service included. Hours of use never change the window price.

A truck trip to drop a unit and a truck trip to pick it up cost the same no matter how long the unit stands. So we price the trip and the unit, not the clock.

Not sure how long you need it? Start short. We can switch a rental to a 28-day cycle if your plans run long.

How does same-day delivery work?

Same-day delivery runs Monday through Saturday when you call by 12:00 noon and the site is in Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Greenville, Abbeville or Greenwood County. Any rush charge shows on the quote before you approve. Orders after noon usually arrive the next morning between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  1. Call (864) 209-8789 before noon, or send the quote form with your ZIP code.
  2. We text an itemized quote, usually within 30 minutes.
  3. Approve the quote and pay by card.
  4. Mark the spot, or text a photo of where the unit goes.
  5. For a short-term drop, the driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival.

Columbia, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Aiken and other Midlands and coastal cities are scheduled runs. Book those 3 or more business days ahead. Same-day is not offered there.

My toilet or septic just failed. What should I do first?

Call by noon for a same-day porta potty, then call your plumber or septic contractor. A standard unit has a 60-gallon tank, so the family can use one unit for days. If the repair runs past 7 days, the rental moves to a 28-day cycle with weekly service.

A broken sewer line or a full septic tank shuts down every toilet in the house. A unit in the yard keeps the family going while the repair gets scheduled.

  • Place the unit close to the back door on a driveway edge or patio.
  • Keep a flashlight inside for night trips.
  • Add a hand wash station if the kitchen sink also drains to the bad line.
  • Tell us when the plumber finishes, and we schedule pickup.

Will a unit fit through my gate and into the backyard?

For a short-term drop, a 36-inch garden gate is too narrow for our 44-inch standard unit. The driver needs a clear path at least 10 feet wide to move the unit on a hand truck. Tell us about gates, slopes and steps before delivery day.

Most backyard setups work fine with a little planning. Measure the gate opening before you book.

No wide gate? We set the unit at the side of the house or the driveway edge. The unit cannot be moved by the renter once placed.

What should I do before the truck arrives?

Five quick steps get a short-term site ready: mark the spot, clear a 10-foot path, open or unlock the gate, move cars off the drive edge, and keep pets inside. A marked spot means you do not need to be home. The driver calls about 30 minutes ahead.

  1. Mark the spot. Cones, stakes, ribbon or a texted photo all work.
  2. Clear the path. Move grills, bikes and hoses out of the way.
  3. Open the gate. Or text us the gate code.
  4. Move cars. The truck needs to park as close to the spot as possible.
  5. Keep pets in. Dogs and hand trucks do not mix.

After a hard rain, red clay gets slick. If the spot is soft, pick a driveway edge or a gravel patch instead, and tell us so the driver knows where to go. The unit is placed by our driver and stays put until pickup.

What about a yard sale or a one-day work crew?

A yard sale with 2 to 3 helpers and steady shoppers needs 1 standard unit for the day. A one-day crew of up to 20 workers also needs 1 unit under OSHA Table D-1. Both rentals use the same one-window price with delivery and pickup included.

Short jobs come up all the time: a moving day, a fence crew, a tree crew or a church work day. One unit keeps helpers from knocking on neighbors' doors.

  • Yard sales: place the unit beside the garage, not by the sale tables.
  • Work crews: place the unit near where trucks park, on firm ground.
  • Church work days: add a hand wash if lunch is served.

Crews staying a week or longer do better with a construction site toilet on a 28-day cycle.

When do you pick up a short-term unit?

Weekend rentals are picked up on Monday. A same-day rental can be picked up later that day or the next business day. Pickups run Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you do not need to be home if the unit is reachable.

Leave the unit where the driver set it. Lock nothing in front of it and keep cars out of the path. If plans change, text us and we move the pickup day.

Holiday Mondays shift pickup to the next business day. Sunday pickup is not offered. Questions about timing are covered on our porta potty rental FAQ.

Questions renters ask before booking

How much for just one day, or for a few hours?

A standard unit for a one-day or weekend window starts at $165, with delivery and pickup within 25 miles of Anderson. A few hours costs the same as one day. Your itemized quote is final and shows tax as its own line.

Can you deliver today? My party starts at 4 and my toilet just broke.

Same-day delivery works Monday through Saturday when you call by noon and the site is in our Upstate route area. A same-day rush charge starts at $65 and shows on the quote before you approve. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving.

Is it too late on a Friday to book for tomorrow?

Friday afternoon orders can still get a Saturday drop when a truck has room. Call early on Friday for the best odds. When a short-term order comes in after noon, it usually arrives the next morning.

Can you deliver Saturday morning and pick it up Saturday evening?

Saturday drop and same-day pickup are possible by request, inside our 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. hours. Many renters choose a Friday drop instead, so the unit is ready before guests arrive.

Our septic failed and the repair date isn't set. Can I keep the unit longer?

Keep the unit as long as the repair takes. Past 7 days, the rental switches to a 28-day cycle starting at $155 with weekly service included. Call or text when the repair is done, and we schedule pickup with no removal fee.

Can we pick it up and bring it back with our own trailer?

Renters may not haul or move units. Our own drivers deliver, place and pick up every unit, so the unit stays upright and sealed on the road.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

Sunday deliveries and pickups are not offered. Saturday delivery is available by request, and Friday drop with Monday pickup covers any Sunday event.
